Let’s find why limits do not match

Screen time only works on the right account and device — and if your child cannot turn it off. Often it is the wrong account, another device or settings your child can change. We guide you calmly through typical failure points.

• Think about whether it is iPhone, Android or both. If your child has both phone and tablet, setup may differ on each.
• It is fine to answer “not sure” — the check shows what to find out. Note what “does not work” as you go through the check.
• ParentPilot does not explain bypass — only how to troubleshoot setup. The goal is limits that hold in everyday life — not catching your child cheating.
