Let's check the scooter

Have the scooter next to you. You do not need to ride it yet. We will inspect the scooter first without creating the risk we are trying to detect. You can start with paperwork and the app — most answers are found without riding. That is the safest way to get clarity for the whole family.

  • Have the scooter next to you. Bring the scooter indoors if you can — then you can read the label and display together.
  • Have a phone ready — for the official app and possibly GPS. Download the manufacturer’s official app beforehand if you know the brand.
  • You do not need to ride the scooter yet. An adult should always decide about any ride test — not the child.
